Finally took it into the dealer yesterday and they first determined that the auxiliary battery was bad and they replaced it but to no avail. This morning they replaced the main battery and called me saying it

Generally if the engine won't turn over on the first try and starts fine on the second try then you have a connector issue. The battery is fine. It doesn't get better between starts. It'll be a loose ground post, bad fuse, bad wire, or bad connector. It's likely the fuse block connector was the original problem.

Removing this fuse defeats the cold start aux battery test and allows the aux battery to be disconnected without generating any errors. 479 posts · Joined 2016. #3 · Jul 12, 2016. The manual for the 2015 JGC states fuse fuse 90/91 is for the rear quarter panel 12 V by the hatch. Unfortunately the one I need is the centre arm rest bin which is fuse 104 and isn't selectable. They should have just made all fuses selectable.
These starts are pretty simple. If you are on a slight forward decline then push in the clutch, release your e-brake and take your foot off the brake pedal. Once you start rolling and reach a speed between five and 10 miles-per-hour, let out the clutch. This should pop-start your engine.
