I believe what you'll find is the A4/A5 2.0T uses the OB2 6-speed manual while the S4/S5 3.0T uses the OB4 6-speed manual. The OB4 is a heavier duty build for higher torque handling. From the A5 SSP: "Gearbox 0B2 - the quattro version - and the 0B1 gearbox - the front wheel drive version - are based on the same basic concept as the 0B4/0B3

Vice grips to break the 2 or 3 allen head bolts on the bottom of the tranny loose if they are still in there. Replace with hex head if you want bolts there. Wrong fw bolts = new motor. Mix up the trans bolts = new motor. Get 1 part wrong inside the trans = do it all over again.
