Armageddon Rod is actually better for Ryuji most of the time. Imprisoned Mjolnir is good when you max out his strength. Senryou Yakusha R is Yusuke's best sword until he maxes out strength: it actually makes him really OP for a good portion of the game. Usumidori R is fine when you max out his strength.
Get the top boile bit and at least 1 of the suspicious boile for the ichigaya guardian /kingpin. Then I rinse and repeat. It's best to do it when you have max proficiency since you ca fish longer.
